1. Disconnect the PCM EN016.
2. Measure the resistance between the PCM EN016 pin 124 (Y) and the OBD2 connector IP022 pin 6.

Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
-> YES
REPAIR the circuit between the PCM EN016 pin 124 (Y) and the OBD2 connector IP022 pin 6. TEST the system for normal operation.
-> No
Go to F5 See: Pinpoint Tests/F : Powertrain Control Module (PCM)/F5 : Check PCM to OBD2 Bus Bar Minus Circuit (G) For Open
F5 : Check PCM to OBD2 Bus Bar Minus Circuit (G) For Open
1. Measure the resistance between the PCM EN016 pin 123(G) and the OBD2 connector IP022 pin 14.

Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
-> YES
REPAIR the circuit between the PCM EN016 pin 123 (G) and the OBD2 connector IP022 pin 14 TEST the system for normal operation.
-> No
INSTALL a new PCM. TEST the system for normal operation.
G : Vehicle Emergency Messaging System (VEMS)
G1 : Check the VEMS For Damage
1. INSPECT the VEMS for damage.

Does the VEMS indicate any signs of damage?
-> YES
INSTALL a new VEMS. TEST the system for normal operation.
-> No
REFER to the approved Jaguar diagnostic tester User Manual.
H1 : Check AB Restraints Module For Damage
1. INSPECT the airbag restraints module for damage.
-
Does the airbag restraints module indicate signs of damage?
-> YES
INSTALL a new airbag restraints module. TEST the system for normal operation.
-> No
Go to H2 See: Pinpoint Tests/H : Airbag (AB) Restraints Module/H2 : Check AB Restraints Module to OBD2 Circuit (W) For Open
H2 : Check AB Restraints Module to OBD2 Circuit (W) For Open
1. Disconnect the airbag restraints module IP074.
2. Measure the resistance between the airbag restraints module IP074 pin 11 (W) and the OBD2 connector IP022 pin 7.

Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
-> YES
REPAIR the circuit between the airbag restraints module IP074 pin 11 (W) and the OBD2 connector 1P022 pin 7. TEST the system for
normal operation.
-> No
INSTALL a new airbag restraints module. TEST the system for normal operation.
