WARNING:  Rotate the special tool height adjustment valve slowly. Failure to follow this instruction may result in personal injury.

CAUTION:

Make sure the rear subframe weight is evenly supported on the special tool. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.

Make sure when lowering the rear subframe damage does not occur to the surrounding components.

15. Using the special tool, lower the rear subframe to a maximum of 152 mm (6 inch)

Vehicles with supercharger

1. Disconnect the fuel pump driver module electrical connector.

2. Remove the fuel pump driver module.

Remove the retaining clip.

All vehicles

NOTE:  Rear subframe shown removed for clarity.

1. Disconnect the evaporative emission canister vent solenoid vent hose.
