Supercharger Coolant Pump: Service and Repair

Removal 

1. Open the engine compartment and fit paintwork protection sheets.

2. Disconnect the battery ground cable. 

Remove the battery cover.

3. Remove the twin fan and motor assembly. Refer to Cooling Fan Motor. See: Radiator Cooling Fan/Radiator Cooling Fan Motor 

4. Disconnect the harness electrical connector.

Release the harness connector from the mounting bracket. 
Disconnect the harness connector.

5. Remove the two nuts, which secure the pump to the flexible mountings.
