SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some of the listed models may have water leaks at the liftgate glass and/or glass that may rattle when the vehicle is in motion. These potential conditions
may be the result of the insufficient glass height and may require glass replacement.
DIAGNOSIS:
To determine if the glass is undersized and requires replacement, one of the following conditions must be verifiable.
1.
Confirmation of a water leak by water testing.
2.
Confirmation of the glass rattling by road testing the vehicle.
