Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair
Vibration Damper - Removal
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect negative cable from battery.
2. Remove accessory drive belt See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Accessory Drive Belt - Removal.
3. Drain cooling system See: Cooling System/Service and Repair.
4. Remove radiator upper hose.
5. Remove fan shroud See: Cooling System/Radiator Cooling Fan/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Radiator Fan - Removal.
6. Remove crankshaft damper bolt.
7. Remove damper using Crankshaft Insert 8513A and Three Jaw Puller 1023.
