A/C LUBRICANT GUIDELINES
This bulletin provides information relating to the proper amount of air conditioning lubricant FD46XG and ZXL 200PG, to be used during servicing
and/or replacement of air conditioning system components.
WARNING

Air conditioning refrigerant or lubricant vapor can irritate your eyes, nose and throat.

Be careful when connecting and disconnecting service equipment

Do NOT breathe refrigerant or vapors

This product does not contain any of the chemicals that are listed on the State of California 5 Proposition 65 list as cancer causing agent or
potential reproductive toxins.
PROCEDURE:
1.
Connect A/C recovery equipment, recover refrigerant and PAG oil as required.
2.
Measure amount of recovered PAG oil after recovery of refrigerant is complete.
3.
Clean and/or flush lines as required, replace defective component. Add new refrigerant oil as recommended by table below plus the amount of
recovered PAG oil. DO NOT RE-USE PAG OIL, ALWAYS REPLACE WITH NEW OIL.
4.
Evacuate and recharge the A/C system as required. Perform A/C system leak test after all repairs have been made and system is operating as
designed.

NEVER re-use PAG oil, replace with fresh new oil always. PAG oil absorbs moisture and replacement is always recommended. Use ONLY
recommended type and quantity.

If the oil amount in the A/C system is lower than the specified amount, compressor durability will be decreased.

If the oil amount in the A/C system is higher than the specified amount, A/C performance will be decreased.
