Reprogramming will proceed automatically as shown.
9.
When "REPROGRAMMING COMPLETED" message is displayed, turn ignition key to the "OFF" position. Turn Hi-Scan Pro off and disconnect
from vehicle.
10.
Start engine and verify normal operation.
* NOTICE
If reprogramming did not complete properly or was interrupted, repeat process using the following procedure for 01 and 03 model year vehicles.
There is no manual mode reprogram for 02 model year, the ECM must be replaced if automatic reprogramming failed.
Manual Reprogramming Procedure
1.
Turn ignition key to the "ON" position.
2.
Turn Hi-Scan Pro on and select "10. OPTIMA 2.5/2.7 BATTERY DRAIN" and press the "ENTER" key.
