Vacuum Brake Booster: Testing and Inspection

COMPONENT
CAUTION: Take the following steps after the installation:

Add a fluid and bleed the air.

Check all parts for the fluid leakage.
^
Adjust and check the brake pedal operation.
^
Make an on-vehicle check of the unit.
INSPECTION
POWER BRAKE UNIT FUNCTION CHECK (SIMPLE METHOD)
STEP 1
1. With the engine stopped, depress the pedal a few times.
2. With the pedal depressed, start the engine.
