1. If with the engine stopped (vacuum 0 kPa (0 mmHg, 0 inHg)) the fluid pressure is within the specification, the unit is operating.
2. Start the engine. Depress the brake pedal when the vacuum reaches 66.7 kPa (500 mmHg, 19.7 inHg). If the fluid pressure is within the
specification, the unit will operate.
CHECK VALVE
NOTE: The check valve is pressed into the vacuum hose. The arrow on the hose indicates the direction of hose installation (toward booster).
1. Remove the clamps and remove the hose (with the internal check valve).
