PART NUMBER INFORMATION:

Service Procedure

WARNING

Make sure that the engine has cooled down to outside temperature before starting the repair to avoid being burned by hot coolant.

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE:

1.

Remove the old radiator cap and dispose of it properly.

2.

Install the new radiator cap identified with a yellow paint dot on the top, as shown in the photo.

3.

Clean any coolant that may have spilled, check/correct coolant level as required.
