Connect the new wheel speed sensor to the vehicle harness located under the splash shield and install the retaining bracket bolt and torque to
(6.9-10.8 Nm / 5.1-8.0 ft-lb). Route the harness through the splash shield and install the six (6) fasteners to the splash shield / body. Install the two
(2) harness retainer clips to the body.

Install the two (2) mounting bracket bolts to the body & lower strut (Torque: (6.9-10.8 Nm / 5.1- 8.0 ft-lb). Install the wheel speed sensor into the
steering knuckle and Torque: (6.9-10.8 Nm / 5.1-8.0 ft-lbs).

Apply a small amount of silicone varnish spray to the exterior of speed sensor / steering knuckle surface, utilizing a shop towel as a barrier to
prevent overspray on chassis/brake components.
*NOTICE
Wheel speed sensors replaced during the procedure must be returned to KMA for validation.
13.
Proceed to follow steps # 112 of the Replacement Procedure on the front right wheel speed sensor.
14.
After the replacement of both wheel speed sensors, install the SC069 completion label on the panel above the under hood fuse box.
