Turn Signal Flasher: Testing and Inspection
Flasher unit
1. Apply the battery voltage to the terminal 2 and grounded the terminal 10.
2. Connect the turn signal lamp as above figure.
3. Apply the battery voltage to the terminal as above table and check that the lamp flash.
NOTE: The turn signal lamps should flash 75 to 100 times per minute.
If one of the front or rear turn signal lamps has an open circuit, the numbers of flasher will be more than 160 per minute.
If operation is not as specified, replace the flasher or check the wattage specification of the bulbs.
