Hood: Adjustments
ADJUSTMENT
Hood alignment
Adjust the hood from side to side, and from front to back, by loosening the hood hinge bolts and carefully repositioning the hood.
Tightening torque:
14-19 ft-lb (19-25 N.m)
Hood latch
1. Loosen the screws and remove the cover on top of the grille. Loosen the hood latch mounting bolts and nut and then align the latch with the striker
on the hood.
Tightening torque:
Bolts: 69-95 in-lb (7.8-11Nem)
Nut: 14-19 ft-lb (19-25 N.m)
