Remove the A/C compressor manifold mounting bolt then remove the A/C compressor manifold.

6.

Using a pick tool, remove and discard the two (2) 0-rings from the top of the A/C compressor.

CAUTION

Do not allow any debris to fall into the A/C compressor.

7.

Lubricate the two (2) new 0-rings with the specified PAG oil and install them into the grooves in the top of the A/C compressor.

* NOTICE

The two (2) 0-rings are identical.

CAUTION

Do not allow any debris to fall into the A/C compressor.

8.

Install the new A/C compressor manifold using the existing A/C compressor manifold mounting bolt.

Tightening Torque: 17 - 23 ft-lb.
