Remove and discard the existing 0-ring from the discharge hose and install the new 0-ring.
* NOTICE
Lubricate the 0-ring with the specified PAG oil before reinstalling the discharge hose.
10.
Remove the bolt retaining the discharge hose cap to the A/C compressor manifold.
* NOTICE
Discard the discharge hose cap, but retain the bolt for installation of the discharge hose.
11.
Reinstall the discharge hose onto the A/C compressor manifold then install the discharge hose bolt.
Tightening Torque: 17 - 23 ft-lb.
12.
Remove the bolt retaining the suction hose cap to the A/C compressor manifold.
* NOTICE
Discard the suction hose cap, but retain the bolt for installation of the suction hose.
