Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments
Clutch Pedal Height
INSPECTION
1. Measure the distance from the front surface of the pedal to the vertical carpet.
Pedal height: 7.72-8.03 inch (196-204 mm)
2. If necessary, adjust the pedal height.
ADJUSTMENT
1. Disconnect both clutch pedal position switch connectors.
2. Loosen lock nut (A) and turn clutch switch (B) until the height is correct.
3. Tighten lock nut (A)
Tightening torque: 10-13 ft. lbs. (14-18 Nm)
4. After adjustment, measure the pedal free play.
