Fluid - M/T: Testing and Inspection
NOTICE: Park the vehicle on level ground.
1. Remove the vehicle speed sensor.
2. Disconnect the connector and 10 mm bolt and remove the speedometer driven gear assembly. (Do not lose plastic insert.)
3. Verify that the oil level is between the top and the middle of the drive gear assembly.
4. Install the speedometer driven gear assembly with one 10 mm bolt.
Tightening torque: 73-104 inch lbs. (8.2 - 11.7 Nm)
5. Install the vehicle speed sensor with one 10 mm bolt.
Tightening torque: 73-104 inch lbs. (8.2 - 11.7 Nm)
