Windshield: Service and Repair

WINDSHIELD GLASS

REMOVAL

1. To remove windshield glass, first remove the following parts.

1. Remove front pillar trim.

a. Remove body side weatherstrip.

b. Remove pillar blanking cover and bolt.

c. Remove trim from front pillar.

2. Remove inside rearview mirror.

a. Remove inside rearview mirror base cover.
b. Disconnect inside rearview mirror connector.
c. Remove inside rearview mirror from inside rearview mirror base.

3. Remove wiper arm(RH).

a. Remove wiper arm cap.
b. Remove wiper arm nut.
