Headlamp Reminder Indicator: Description and Operation
The "TAIL" fuse supplies battery voltage to the "lights on" input of the electronic time control module with the light switch in "PARK" or "HEAD."
Battery voltage is sensed by the "door open" input of the electronic time control module at all times unless any door is opened, closing the door jamb
switch and grounding the circuit. If the "LIGHTS ON" input senses battery voltage and the door input senses ground, the electronic time control module
will sound the warning chime continuously, indicating that the lights have been left on.
