Re-install the tire/wheel assembly and tighten the lug nuts using a "Star" pattern to the specified torque.
Lug Nut Torque: 70-75 ft. lbs.

Repeat Steps 2 thru 13 above for the opposite side.
16.
Verify Manual Locking Hub operation.
A.
Rotate the Manual Locking Hub Lever clockwise from the "FREE" to "LOCK" position.
B.
Rotate the wheel by hand and confirm that the axle rotates.
C.
Rotate the Manual Locking Hub Lever counterclockwise from the "LOCK" to "FREE" position.
D.
Rotate the wheel by hand and confirm that the axle does not rotate.

Unless four wheel drive operation (off-road, mud, snow, sand, etc.) is required, the Manual Locking Hubs should remain in the "FREE"
position.
Hub Disengagement ("FREE" Position)
1.
Stop the vehicle and shift the transmission into Neutral (manual transmission) or Park (automatic transmission).
2.
Apply the Emergency Brake.
3.
Beginning on the left (driver's) side, rotate the Manual Locking Hub Lever counterclockwise from the "LOCK" to the "FREE" position.
4.
Repeat step 3 for the right (passenger) side.
Hub Engagement ("LOCK" Position)
1.
Stop the vehicle and shift the transmission into Neutral (manual transmission) or Park (automatic transmission).
2.
Apply the Emergency Brake.
3.
Beginning on the left (driver's) side, rotate the Manual Locking Hub Lever clockwise from the "FREE" to the "LOCK" position.
4.
Repeat step 3 for the right (passenger) side.
