4. Remove socket from high-mounted brake light assembly by turning counterclockwise, then replace bulb in socket.
5. Install socket in high-mounted brake light assembly by turning clockwise.
6. Install high-mounted brake light assembly with two screws.
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
