Sportage 4WD 2Dr L4-2.0L (2002)
1. Ensure that the front wheels are pointing straight ahead.
2. Holding the surface of the air bag module away from you, couple the blue air bag-SRS connectors, then couple the orange horn connectors.
NOTE:

Connect blue shell first.

The orange and blue connectors are keyed to fit only one way When properly assembled, they will slip into place (using slight pressure) with
an audible "click". Do not force. If undue force is required, the connectors are not aligned properly.
3. Set the module into the steering wheel, taking care not to pinch the wiring harness.
4. Install the four retaining bolts.
Torque: 72 - 106 in-lb (8 - 12 N.M)
5. Verify that no Diagnostic Trouble Codes are present. Refer to Diagnosis.
NOTE: If combination switch has been removed, refer to for clockspring alignment procedure.
