CORRECT PLASTIC MOUNTING SCREWS IS CRITICAL TO CORRECT KNEE AIR BAG MODULE OPERATION.
3. Reinstall the four knee air bag module mounting nuts.
4. Reinstall the four middle and lower (round shaped) plastic mounting trim covers.
5. Reinstall the two upper (square shaped) plastic mounting screw trim covers.
6. Reinstall the screws that attach the OBD-II Data Link Connector to its mounting bracket.
7. Reconnect the battery.
