Prior to coolant refill, perform the following: Remove the expansion tank cap. Disconnect the bleed pipe from the top of the radiator. Blow
through the pipe with an air line to clear any air locks. Connect the bleed pipe to the radiator.

5.

Correct the coolant/antifreeze level as necessary by siphoning/draining and refilling system with coolant antifreeze or water.
