REPAIR PROCEDURE

CHANGE CORRODED OR DAMAGED HEADER JUNCTION

1.

Identify and tag each wire lead with pin number

2.

When all leads are identified, cut wire harness as close to junction connector as possible.

3.

Strip wire ends and crimp new wire terminals to each lead.

4.

Carefully insert newly installed terminals into correct pin location of new junction connector.

CAUTION:

Do not apply any areas other than LRNA supported protective areas (LRNA201325).

5.

Apply protective grease to each pin location on connector.

6.

Install junction header cover and verify function of systems associated with new header junction.
