Inspect under the hood for a Recall sticker or the lower screw on the bottom cowl of the steering column for green paint (Figure 1) to determine if
the Recall action has been performed.

2.

If the Recall has been performed no further action is required.

FUSED LINK INSTALLATION DISASSEMBLY

1.

Remove the three screws securing the lower cowl to the underside of the steering column. (Figure 1)

2.

Carefully detach the lower cowl from the upper half.

3.

Locate the white six-way connector (C2010) connecting the steering column harness to the rotary coupler. (Figure 2)

4.

Disconnect the six-way connector.

REPAIR AND ASSEMBLY
