Torsion Bar Replace

1. Mark position of rubber bushings on torsion bar.
2. Remove bushing strap nuts, bolts and washers.
3. Remove ball joint link nuts, bolts, washers and rubber bushings, then the torsion bar.
4. Position rubber bushings on torsion bar, then install joint toward axle.
5. Install torsion bar with bushing straps. Ensure ball joint link arms point down.
6. Loosely install ball joint link bolts, washers and new Nyloc nuts. Tighten to specifications.
7. Install bolt, washers and rubber bushings, then the torsion bar to ball joint links.
