DETAIL

In instances where a leak or wind-noise is identified from the front windscreen the procedure listed should be followed.  It is not necessary to remove the
windscreen when addressing these concerns.

ACTION REQUIRED

Upon customer complaint locally repair the area of concern. Please provide full vehicle details on a Product Report identifying the area of concern.

PARTS INFORMATION

BHM 705L Bonding kit
The kit contains primer, cleaner and a tube of adhesive.

PROCEDURE

1.

Identify the point of leak, it may be necessary to apply a low pressure air line to the area of concern to establish the leak path.

2.

Remove the interior trim as necessary in the area of the leak.

3.

Clean and degrease the area to be sealed.
