Inspect the tailgate window glass for breaks in zones 'A', 'B' and 'C' of the heater elements. (Figure 4)

If there is radio interference or if there are any visible breaks in the tailgate window glass heater elements, refer to GTR and install a new tailgate
window glass.

9.

If there are no breaks in the tailgate window glass heater elements and no radio interference, no action is required.
