15.  Install the wheel nuts.  

 
 
16.  Rotate the brake disc one revolution to measure the brake disc run -out.  

 
 
17.  If the brake disc run-out is still outside the limit, install a new brake disc and/or hub.  
 
 
18.  Remove the dial indicator gauge and the special tool.  
 
 
19.  Install the anchor plate.  

 

 

 
20.  Install the brake caliper housing and fit the top bolt.  

 
 
21.  Install the brake pads.  

 
 
22.  Rotate the brake caliper downwards.  

 
 
23.  Connect the brake pad wear indicator sensor.  
 
 
24.  Depress the brake pedal several times, check the fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir and top-up with brake fluid if 
necessary.

Install spacer washers under the wheel nuts. 

 

 

l

Tighten the wheel nuts to 140 Nm (103 lb.ft). 

 

 

l

Brake disc run-out must not exceed 0.3 mm. 

 

 

l

Tighten the bolts to 115 Nm (85 lb.ft). 

 

 

l

Tighten the bolt to 32 Nm (24 lb.ft). 

 

 

l

Install the 2 clips. 

 

 

l

Install the two clips. 

 

 

l

Tighten the bolt to 32 Nm (24 lb.ft).
