GENERAL 

The steering system comprises a TRW manufactured rack and pinion steering gear, a power steering pump, a reservoir, a 
fluid cooler and fluid hoses. The steering gear is a conventional end take-off rack and pinion power assisted unit. 
 
The steering gear rack has a travel of 166 mm (6.53 in). Lock to lock requires 3.32 revolutions of the steering wheel which 
gives a ratio of 50 mm (1.96 in)/revolution.
