Position the coolant expansion tank, locate the spigot and lug.
Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).

Install the vacuum pump.
Install the bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).
4 .
Install the power steering fluid reservoir.
Position and secure to mounting bracket.
5 .
Install the windshield washer reservoir filler neck.
Locate in clip.
6 .
Connect the coolant hoses to the expansion tank.
Secure with the clips.
7 .
Top up the coolant.
Remove the hose clamps.
Check and top up the coolant.
Install the reservoir filler cap.

Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to
Specifications
(Section 414-00)
9 .
Start and run the engine at idle until the normal operating temperature is reached.
10 .
Switch the engine off and allow to cool.
11 .
Check and top up the coolant.
