Installation

Remove the thermostat and hose assembly.
1 .
Install the thermostat and hose assembly.
2 .
Install the coolant hose retaining clip.
3 .
Install the coolant hose retaining clip.
4 .
Install the securing straps.
5 .
Connect the radiator lower hose to the radiator.
6 .
Connect the thermostat to fuel fired heater hose to the fuel fired heater.
7 .
Connect the thermostat hose to the engine coolant rail.
8 .
Connect the thermostat to top hose 'T' piece hose.
9 .
Connect the heater return hose to the heater return pipe.
10 .
Connect the fuel cooler return hose to the thermostat.
11 .
Install the front LH splash shield.
Install the four clips.
12 .
Install the radiator access panel.
Install the four retaining bolts.
13 .
Install the cooling fan shroud. For additional information, refer to
Cooling Fan Shroud (26.25.11)

14 .
Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to
Specifications
(Section 414-
00)
15 .
Refill and bleed the cooling system. For additional information, refer to
Cooling System Draining,
