Installation
1 .
Install the filler pipe connector hose.
Install the new tamper proof clip.
2 .
NOTE :
Align to the position noted on removal.
Install the fuel tank filler pipe.
Install the bolt and tighten to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).
3 .
CAUTION: Tighten the new tamper proof clip until the hexagon shears.
Connect the fuel filler neck.
Install a new retaining clip.
4 .
Connect the breather pipes.
Secure the clips.
5 .
Install the filler door. For additional information, refer to
Fuel Filler Door Assembly (19.55.04)

6 .
Install the fender splash shield.
7 .
Install the fender moulding. For additional information, refer to
Rear Quarter Panel Moulding

8 .
Install the wheel and tire.
9 .
Install the spare wheel and tire.
10 .
Refill the fuel tank.
11 .
Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to
Specifications
(Section 414-
00)
