Installation  

9 . 

  Remove the condenser core. 

Protect the elements from damage. 

Remove the bolt securing the condenser core to the radiator. 

Release the 4 clips. 

With assistance, remove the condenser core. 

1 . 

  Install the condenser core. 

Remove the element protection. 

Align the condenser core. 

Tighten the 2 bolts to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft). 

With assistance, install the condenser core.

Secure the clips. 

2 . 

  Install the radiator. 

Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft).

3 . 

  Connect the A/C pipes. 

Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft). 

Remove the blanking caps from the ports.
