DETAIL

The New Range Rover nerve centre have received a number of enquiries in reference to front arm rests becoming detached from its fixing, caused by a material failure at the pivot point of the arm rest to seat.

The material used (polycarbonate) in the plastic armature is not strong enough to withstand constant pressure at the fixing point.

The material used in the manufacture of the new arm rest has been changed to a glass reinforced nylon.

ACTION REQUIRED

Upon customer complaint replace the arm rest.
