Indicators-Automatic Cancel - Intermittent

MODEL

New Range Rover

DETAIL

Reports from markets have identified a customer annoyance problem whereby indicators cancel intermittently. To overcome this concern the switch trip moulding on the rear of the steering wheel has been modified (change of cancellation peg angles relative to one another).

To enable this fix to become a viable repair the switch trip moulding is now available as a separate part (all new steering wheel assemblies include the latest level switch trip moulding).

Note: This bulletin supersedes NRR/86/08/96 the information in the affected vehicles section has been amended

ACTION REQUIRED

Upon customer complaint of indicators cancelling intermittently, remove steering wheel and replace the indicator switch cancellation moulding.
