Alternating flashing headlamps
The Headlamp Flash system utilises a feature built in to the Lighting Control Module. The feature requires enabling with Testbook/IDS. When the
feature is enabled, an LCM output (C2040-46) requires switching to ground to activate the alternately flashing lamps. A switch for this feature is
mounted on the facia.
LCM output (C2040-46) is connected to the switch (C3267) on an UW wire. With the switch in the on position, the output is grounded on a B wire. An
ignition feed is provided on a GY wire to the switch to illuminate a status lamp when in the on position. A feed from the panel illumination circuit is
provided on an SR wire to illuminate the switch.
