Service Repair No - 26.25.02
Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands.
3. Remove the radiator splash shield.
4. Release the cooling fan belt.

Rotate the cooling fan belt tensioner clockwise.
5. Remove the cooling fan belt tensioner.
6. NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
Remove the cooling fan belt tensioner pulley.

Remove the bolt.
Installation
1. Install the cooling fan belt tensioner pulley.

Tighten the bolt to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the cooling fan belt tensioner.

Tighten the bolt to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
3. Secure the cooling fan belt.
