10. Release the fuel tank: (Figure 6)

Remove the bolt.

Allow the fuel tank to lower to gain sufficient access to fit the foam pad.
11. Lower the vehicle.
NOTE:
Access is through the aperture in the body.
NOTE:
Fuel tank shown removed for clarity.
12. Install the foam pad: (Figure 7)

Clean the mounting surface.
^
Remove the self adhesive backing.
^
Position the foam pad centrally on the raised section of the body.
13. Raise the vehicle.
