Level Control Solenoid Valve: Service and Repair
Solenoid Valve Block and Drive Pack

SOLENOID VALVE BLOCK AND DRIVE PACK

WARNING: The system is pressurized up to 10 bar. Dirt or grease must not enter the system. Wear hand, ear and eye safety standard

protection when servicing system.

Remove 

Petrol Vehicles Only:
1. Disconnect vacuum dump hose from 'T' piece on cruise control actuator.

2. Remove 2 screws securing actuator bracket to air supply unit. Move actuator aside.

All Models:
3. Depressurize system, refer to Air Suspension/Testing and Inspection/Procedures  See: Testing and Inspection
4. Remove air compressor, refer to Compressor/Pump (Level Control)/Service and Repair  See: Compressor/Pump/Service and Repair

5. Disconnect all air pipes. Remove exhaust silencer from valve block.
6. Seal exposed air hoses and valve block
