1. Disconnect the battery negative lead.
2. Remove the steering wheel.
3. Remove lower dash panel.
4. Remove instrument binnacle.
5. Remove glove box console assembly.
6. Remove radio housing.
7. Remove center dash panel.
8. Release evaporator case assembly if fitted. With hoses still attached lower assembly to footwell area.
9. Remove three nuts securing passenger grab handle.

10. Remove five nuts with washers securing map tray.
11. Disconnect side and center air vent hoses.
12. Remove dashboard.

Refit

CAUTION: When refitting avoid trapping of electrical wiring.

13. Reverse removal procedure. Ensure dashboard locates on three brackets.
14. Ease sealing rubber over dashboard.

Remove

1. Disconnect the battery negative lead.
2. Carefully pry the clock out of the dash, disconnect the electrical leads and remove the bulb and holder from its location.
3. Remove the single screw securing the end of the dash panel located adjacent to the passenger courtesy light switch.
