Thermostat: Service and Repair
THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT
1. Partially drain coolant from cooling system.
2. Loosen clip and disconnect radiator top hose from thermostat housing.
3. Disconnect coolant temperature switch connector.
4. Remove outlet elbow, then the thermostat.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specification.
