6.

Fit the new idler pulley noting that the letter 'F' stamped on the face of the pulley faces to the front of the vehicle. Refit the original pulley bolt and
tighten to 30 - 37 lb. ft. (40-50 Nm).

7.

Refit the drive belt ensuring that it is correctly located on all pulleys.

8.

Refit the fan and viscous unit using the same service tool, LRT-12-094.

9.

Refit the fan cowl.

10.

Complete and install a Service Campaign label on the hood locking panel just above the right hand head lamp. Cover the label with a clear acrylic
protective film.

11.

Complete the owners Passport to Service booklet.
