Using LRT-12-089, install seal into timing cover (Figure 3).

5.

Lubricate oil seal lip and install crankshaft pulley onto crankshaft.

6.

Install crankshaft pulley bolt and torque to 270 Nm. (200 lb. ft.).

7.

Make sure that the mating surface between water pump pulley and pump is clean.

8.

Install water pump pulley.

9.

Apply Loctite(R) and torque bolts to 24 Nm. (18 lb. ft.).

10.

Install serpentine belt.

11.

Refer to COOLING SYSTEM Repair section in WSM and install cooling fan.

12.

Connect battery negative terminal.

13.

Code the radio and reset windows and sunroof.

14.

Check engine oil level and add as necessary.
