FRONT BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE

COMPONENTS

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
2. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID

3. REMOVE FRONT BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE

(a)

Using SST, disconnect the brake line while holding the front brake flexible hose with a wrench.
SST 09023-00101

NOTICE:

Do not bend or damage the brake line.

Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter the brake line from the connecting points.

(b) Remove the clip.
(c)

Remove the bolt, and separate the front brake flexible hose and the speed sensor from the shock absorber.

(d) Remove the union bolt and the front brake flexible hose from the front disc brake cylinder assembly.
