6.

Install the blower assembly with the 2 screws.

Install the No. 2 air duct sub-assembly by engaging the 2 claws.

8.

Install the air conditioning unit.

Refer to TIS 2007 model year ES 350 Repair Manual, Vehicle Interior - Heating/Air Conditioning - "Air Conditioning: Air Conditioning Unit:
Installation."

NOTE

Install the immobilizer ECU and wire harness BEFORE installing the 5 Torx bolts for the instrument panel reinforcement assembly.

9.

Verify the heater and air conditioner operate correctly with the air directed in each mode.
