Introduction
Some customers may experience a shift flare that is most noticeable after a cold soak under the following operating conditions:
^
3rd to 4th upshift during the first 10 minutes of operation
^
2nd to 3rd and/or 4th to 5th upshift
^
5th to 4th downshift when accelerating from coast or decelerating between 30 - 40 mph
The Transmission Control Module (TCM) logic has been revised to help improve these specific customer concerns. In the event the reflash does NOT
completely resolve the issue, the automatic transaxle assembly should also be replaced.
