Installation

AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the A/C amplifier with the screw and connect the connector.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT

(a) Install the air duct and screw.

3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

4. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Air Bag/Service and

Repair/Front Passenger Side Knee Airbag Assembly/Installation

5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL NO. 2 UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard /

Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Installation

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

7. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER PANEL ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

8. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service

and Repair/Installation

9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Installation

10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and

Repair/Installation

11. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Installation
12. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
13. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

NOTE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
