Installation

UF1AE TRANSFER: TRANSFER VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TRANSFER CONTROL SOLENOID See: Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly
2. INSTALL TRANSFER VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the transfer wire connector to the transfer control solenoid.
(b) Install the transfer upper valve body with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL TRANSFER OIL PAN See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Transfer Case Wire/Installation
4. INSTALL TRANSFER DYNAMIC DAMPER See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Transfer Case Wire/Installation
5. INSTALL ENGINE REAR MOUNTING MEMBER See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Transfer Case Wire/Installation
6. INSTALL FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

7. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID See: Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/A760H

8. CHECK FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAKS
